本文利用对辽宁省档案系统内9个单位实地调查所得数据,进行了档案工作者工作满意度的总体分析和基于人口变量的差异分析。研究结果表明:档案工作者整体工作满意度处于中等水平,工作报酬与福利满意度最低,性别、年龄、学历、工作年限和行政职务对工作满意度各维度(包括工作报酬与福利、工作本身、自我实现、组织氛围与环境、晋升)有不同程度影响。
Based on the field survey data of 9 units in the file system of Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the overall job satisfaction of archivists and the variance analysis based on population variables. The results show that the overall job satisfaction of archivists is at medium level, the satisfaction of job compensation and welfare is the lowest, while the job satisfaction and job satisfaction of all dimensions of job satisfaction (including job compensation and welfare, job itself, Self-realization, organizational climate and environment, promotion) have varying degrees of influence.
