针对部分转移概率缺失的时滞马尔可夫型基因调控网络(GRNs)的稳定性问题,通过构造包含翻译过程和转录过程中时滞信息的增广李亚普诺夫函数,在弱化李亚普诺夫函数条件的基础上采用广义的Wirtinger’s不等式估计李亚普诺夫函数的弱无穷小算子,提出了GRNs时滞相关稳定性判据.最后,数值实例和仿真结果说明所提的稳定性判据的有效性及优越性.
To solve the problem of the stability of time-delay Markov-type gene regulatory networks (GRNs) with partial transfer probability loss, by constructing the augmented Lyapunov function which contains the time-delay information in the process of translation and transcription, the Lyapunov function , The weak stability of Lyapunov function is evaluated based on the generalized Wirtinger’s inequality, and the stability criterion of GRNs delay is proposed.Finally, numerical examples and simulation results show the validity and superiority of the proposed stability criterion Sex.
