目的:研究中风星蒌通腑胶囊治疗急性脑缺血的机理。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,选用中风星蒌通腑胶囊高、低剂量组及华佗再造丸对模型进行治疗,并设假手术组及模型组。观察各组大鼠血清中TNF-α,IL-8含量变化。结果:模型组大鼠血清TNF-α,IL-8含量明显高于假手术组(P<0.01),中风星蒌通腑胶囊高低剂量组及华佗再造丸均能降低大鼠血清TNF-α,IL-8含量(P<0.01),且中风星蒌通腑胶囊高、低剂量组明显优于华佗再造丸(P<0.01)。结论:中风星蒌通腑胶囊治疗急性脑缺血损伤的机理与下调细胞因子的炎性反应有关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Zhongfeng Xinglou Tongfu Capsule on acute cerebral ischemia. Methods: The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats was used. The model was treated with Zhongfeng Xingbi Tongqiao capsule high and low dose group and Huatuo Zaizao Pill. The sham operation group and model group were set up. The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in each group were observed. Results: The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-8 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group (P<0.01). The serum TNF-α levels in the rats were significantly lower in the high-low dose group and Huaying Zaizao pill. , IL-8 content (P <0.01), and high-dose, low-dose Zhongfeng Xingqi Tongqiao Capsule was significantly better than Huayu Zaizao pill (P <0.01). Conclusion: The mechanism of the treatment of acute cerebral ischemic injury by Zhongfeng Xinglou Tongfu Capsule is related to the down-regulation of cytokines’ inflammatory response.
