目的:比较N100、F2000、Z350 3种牙色材料修复大鼠磨牙V类洞边缘微渗漏及充填后牙髓反应情况。方法:36只SD大鼠,随机分为N100、Z350、F2000组及对照组,麻醉下在上颌第一磨牙近中邻面制备V类洞,分别用N100、Z350和F2000充填,对照组不充填;分别于术后8 d和30 d取上颌第一磨牙;扫描电镜观察材料与牙体组织间微间隙,HE、革兰染色光镜观察充填后牙髓反应和细菌染色。结果:N100微间隙为(1.09±0.83)μm,Z350为(5.02±0.33)μm,F2000为(9.08±2.73)μm,N100与F2000组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。充填术后8 d,9颗牙(空白组2颗、N100组2颗、Z350组3颗、F2000组2颗)出现轻度牙髓炎症反应,2颗牙(空白组1颗、F2000组1颗)出现中度牙髓炎症反应,13颗牙(空白组4颗、N100组2颗、Z350组3颗、F2000组4颗)牙髓组织出现不同程度的破坏。术后30 d,样本牙髓组织和炎细胞反应都有不同程度的减轻;F2000组炎细胞反应及硬组织形成多于N100和Z350组(P<0.05),N100组和F2000组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组织破坏和细菌染色各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:N100和Z350边缘封闭效果相对较好,充填后牙髓反应较轻。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the microleakage of the margins of Class V cavities and the pulp response after filling with three kinds of dental materials, N100, F2000 and Z350. Methods: Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into N100, Z350, F2000 group and control group. V type cavities were prepared on the proximal and proximal surfaces of the maxillary first molar under anesthesia, and were filled with N100, Z350 and F2000 respectively. The maxillary first molars were harvested at 8 and 30 days postoperatively respectively. The micro-gaps between the materials and the tooth bodies were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The dental pulp reaction and bacterial staining were observed with Gram staining and light microscope. Results: N100 micro-gap was (1.09 ± 0.83) μm, Z350 was (5.02 ± 0.33) μm, F2000 was (9.08 ± 2.73) μm. There was significant difference between N100 and F2000 group (P <0.05). At 8 d after filling, mild dental pulp inflammation occurred in 9 teeth (2 in blank group, 2 in N100 group, 3 in Z350 group and 2 in F2000 group), and 2 teeth (1 in blank group, 1 in F2000 group There were moderate dental pulp inflammatory reaction, 13 teeth (4 in blank group, 2 in N100 group, 3 in Z350 group and 4 in F2000 group). At 30 days after operation, the dental pulp tissue and inflammatory cell response were relieved in varying degrees. The inflammatory cell reaction and hard tissue formation in the F2000 group were more than those in the N100 and Z350 groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the N100 group and the F2000 group Statistical significance (P> 0.05); There was no significant difference between the groups of tissue destruction and bacterial staining (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The edge sealing effect of N100 and Z350 is relatively good, and the dental pulp reaction is lighter after filling.
