目的 :探讨参麦液对氧反常心肌电活动和收缩力的影响。方法 :随机将SD大鼠分成 4组 ,分别予以富氧、乏氧 ,含川芎嗪和参麦液的K H液灌注 ,记录心肌电活动和收缩力 ,测定冠脉流出量和心肌超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :参麦液组能有效恢复心肌收缩力 (P <0 .0 1) ,提高SOD活性和降低丙二醛含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但不能降低心律失常发生率。结论 :应用参麦液作为正性肌力药物时应注意再灌注心律失常的发生。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Shenmai liquid on oxygen abnormal myocardial electrical activity and contractility. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and were given oxygen-rich, hypoxic, KH-containing liquids containing tetramethylpyrazine and Shenmai liquid, and myocardial electrical activity and contractility were recorded. Coronary efflux and myocardial superoxide dismutation were measured. Enzyme (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. RESULTS: Shenmai Liquid could effectively restore myocardial contractility (P < 0.01), increase SOD activity and decrease malondialdehyde (P <0.05), but it could not reduce the incidence of arrhythmia. Conclusion : It is important to pay attention to the occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmia when using Shenmai liquid as a positive inotrope drug.
