本文对公交优先技术和政策在节约能源 ,减少排放等方面的效果进行了对比试验。试验证明 ,实施公交优先技术和公交优先政策后 ,车辆平均百公里油耗可以降低 9.5 4% ,平均行驶车速提高 32 .7% ,随之带来的是汽车尾气排放大量减少 ,而且乘客对公交满意度提高了 9个百分点。试验证明 ,通过实施公交优先技术和公交优先政策 ,不仅可以解决公交拥挤问题 ,而且可以达到节能和降低排放的目的。
This paper compares the effectiveness of bus priority technologies and policies in saving energy and reducing emissions.
