本文采用饵剂饲喂方法研究东亚飞蝗Locusta migratoria manilensis(Meyen)营养生理参数变化,结果表明:绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)侵染后,5个温度梯度下蝻期总取食量分别为96.4、108.3、131.9、103.2、249.5mg;21、24、27、30℃4个温度梯度下雄成虫总取食量为93.1、121.8、109.0、237.5mg,雌成虫为108.7、195.5、234.7、114.7mg。随温度升高,蝻期近似消化力降低,食物转化率升高,低温时转化率为负值。21~30℃范围内雄成虫近似消化力在各温度间无显著差异,雌成虫先升后降;24~30℃范围内随温度升高,雄成虫食物转化率降低,雌成虫无显著差异。与对照相比:同一温度下对照总取食量极显著高于处理试虫。绿僵菌侵染前后不同发育阶段的取食比较表明:对照试虫随龄期增长,日取食量增大,且雌成虫大于雄成虫;对照试虫总取食量变化规律与日取食量相同;而处理试虫在不同发育阶段日取食量和总取食量变化没有表现出一定规律性。
In this paper, the bait feeding method was used to study the changes of nutrition and physiology parameters of locusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen). The results showed that the total food intake of Metarhizium anisopliae at the five temperature gradients was 96.4 , 108.3,131.9,103.2,249.5mg; 21,24,27,30 ℃ under the temperature gradient of the male adult total food intake was 93.1,121.8,109.0,237.5mg, female adult was 108.7,195.5,234.7,114.7mg . With the increase of temperature, the approximate digestibility decreased with the increase of food conversion rate and negative conversion rate at low temperature. The approximate digestibility of male adults in the range of 21-30 ℃ showed no significant difference among all temperatures, and the female adults increased first and then decreased. The food conversion rate of male adults decreased with increasing temperature in the range of 24-30 ℃, but there was no significant difference in female adults. Compared with the control: the same temperature the total amount of food intake was significantly higher than the treatment of test insects. Metarhizium anisopliae infestation before and after different stages of feeding comparison: control insects with age, daily feeding increased, and the female adults than male adults; control insects, the total amount of food intake and daily feed changes The same amount of treatment; and treatment of test insects in different developmental stages of daily intake and total food intake did not show a certain regularity.
