利用简单的水热法,在不同的反应条件下合成出片状NaNdF_4纳米晶,对其结构和性能进行了表征。XRD分析表明,样品为纯六方相NaNdF_4纳米晶,结晶度较高。FESEM、TEM和SAED表明,样品为片状纳米晶,晶体厚度约25nm,对角长度约150nm,并根据不同的反应条件提出了其可能的生长机理。对其荧光性质的研究表明,样品在1065nm处存在最强发射峰,对应于Nd~(3+)的~4F_(3/2)→~4I_(11/2)跃迁,具有较强的红外发光现象。
The NaNdF 4 nanocrystals were synthesized under different reaction conditions by simple hydrothermal method, and their structures and properties were characterized. XRD analysis showed that the sample was pure hexagonal NaNdF 4 nanocrystals with high crystallinity. FESEM, TEM and SAED showed that the samples were platelet nanocrystals. The crystal thickness was about 25 nm and the diagonal length was about 150 nm. Based on the different reaction conditions, the possible growth mechanism was proposed. Fluorescence properties of the sample showed that the strongest emission peak at 1065 nm corresponds to the ~ 4F 3/2 to 4I 11/2 transitions of Nd 3+ and has strong infrared luminescence phenomenon.
