氧压缩机在运行过程中要求保持良好润滑,严格密封,良好冷却。润滑不良,密封不严,或者冷却不良之间彼此会相互影响,往往造成严重后果。我厂已使用活塞式氨压缩机多年,1991年夏季由于密封不良导致拉缸抱轴故障,现将事故分析及结论介绍如下。发生事故的压缩机是12.5系列八缸扇形分布的单级压缩机,出事的气缸靠近进气管。出事时机内油位正常,冷却系统也正常,油温油压、排气温度和排气压力值虽有
