随着我国教育水平的不断提高,我国高职院校为了顺应时势提高教育质量引入了外籍教师对学生们进行教育,但是这样一来随着我国聘请外籍教师的数量越来越多,外籍教师的教学水平也变得不稳定,外籍教师对专业的不对口,高职院校对外籍教师的管理在本质上因为地域问题难以进行,这样就导致了高职院校在对外籍教师进行管理的过程中存在着一些问题。所以说,高职院校应该在一定程度上提出对外籍教师管理的有效策略,在管理的过程中关注外籍教师的教学情况和个人发展,这样才能充分的调动外籍教师在教学过程中的积极性,本文从在跨文化角度下高职院校对外籍教师管理过程中存在的问题和如何应对的措施这两个方面进行了研究探讨。
