在砂锡重力选鑛作业中,筛分分级工作的好坏,直接影响到选鑛回收率的提高。由于我们原有的选鑛技术水平较差,特别是流槽粗选完全没有筛分分级,所以金属回收率很低。在今年提高选鑛的金属回收率力主要内容的社会主义竞赛中,改进筛分分级工作便成为大家所重视的问题。先在某锡鑛,采用了一种设备简单不需动力的‘水中筛’进行粗选筛分分级,并进行了流程及操作的改进,接着便在各砂锡鑛推广,根据不完全的资料,由于使用水中筛的结果约提高金属回收率5%。
