为了解决优质高产苦荬菜新品种缺乏的实际问题,试验以龙牧苦荬菜(Luctuca indica L.Longmu)为原始群体,选择优异单株,通过4次单株选择、开放授粉、多元杂交及品比试验、区域试验和生产试验,历经11年育成龙牧10号苦荬菜(Luctuca indica L.Longmu No.10)。该品种株型直立,花期平均株高为198 cm,生育期为120 d左右。平均鲜草产量为109 767.00 kg/hm2,比对照(龙牧苦荬菜)增产20.69%,平均种子产量为534.55 kg/hm2,比对照(龙牧苦荬菜)增产4.64%,适宜在黑龙江省各地及毗邻地区推广种植。
In order to solve the practical problems of lacking of new varieties of high quality and high yield bitter herbs, the experiment selected the excellent single plants by using Luctuca indica L. Longmu as the original population, Pinot ratio test, regional test and production test. After 11 years, Luctuca indica L. Longmu No.10 was raised.
