本文对酰胺树脂的吸金过程进行了较系统的研究,推导出适合本体系的理论塔板高度H.E.T.P.=1.77×10~2V~(0.08).r_0。明确了柱穿透过程为液膜扩散主控,且传质系数K_f的表示式与J.J.Carberry的理论式不符。根据研究结果提出了液膜厚度 δ的经硷表达式:δ=δ_o(γ_o)~o(V)~(0.92)v~(1.08)。
In this paper, the adsorption of amide resin was studied systematically, and the theoretical plate height suitable for this system was deduced as H.E.T.P. = 1.77 × 10 ~ 2V ~ (0.08) .r_0. It is clear that the column penetration process is the main control of liquid film diffusion, and the expression of mass transfer coefficient K_f does not accord with J.J.Carberry’s theoretical formula. According to the research results, the basic expression of the film thickness δ is proposed: δ = δ_o (γ_o) ~ o (V) ~ (0.92) v ~ (1.08).
