针对澳大利亚多数炼厂和储罐发生过土壤侧腐蚀问题,对阿尔托纳炼厂的处理装置区和罐区的120座地上储罐进行了阴极保护处理的必要性、可行性和所需费用的研究,并在典型的储罐上进行了专门试验。结果表明,施加阴极保护后降低了土壤侧腐蚀速率,可有效地防止储罐泄漏,储罐的检测周期可望从4a延长到15a。阴极保护和定期的内部检测是对地上储罐处理土壤侧腐蚀问题两种最有效的方法。
Aimed at the problem of soil-side corrosion in most of Australia’s refineries and storage tanks, the necessity, feasibility and cost of cathodic protection for 120 ground storage tanks in the treatment plant and tank areas of the Altona refinery Research, and conducted a special test on a typical tank. The results show that the cathodic protection reduces the soil side corrosion rate and can effectively prevent the tank from leaking. The detection cycle of the tank is expected to be prolonged from 4a to 15a. Cathodic protection and regular internal testing are two of the most effective ways to deal with the problem of soil-side corrosion of tanks on the ground.
