初中阶段是学生身体发育的起步阶段,是短跑训练的开始和最重要的时期。随着生活环境的变化,各种课程的增加使得初中生的体质在近几年呈下降趋势。随着社会各界对初中生体质下降的担忧,各个学校也对体育课程更加重视。教师也在不断创新自己的训练方法。在短跑训练中,不仅要掌握正确的方法和途径,而且要提高学生对短跑的兴趣。具体介绍一种50米短跑的训练方法,不仅提高短跑成绩,而且提高学生的训练兴趣和身体素质。
Junior high school stage is the initial stage of physical development of students, sprint training is the beginning and the most important period. With the change of living environment, the increase of various courses makes junior high school students’ physique decline in recent years. With the social concerns of junior high school students physical decline, each school also pay more attention to physical education curriculum. Teachers are also constantly innovating their own training methods. In the sprint training, not only to master the correct methods and ways, but also to improve student interest in sprint.
