随着社会的发展,人们的物质生活水平得到迅猛的提高。如今,越来越多的人从繁重的体力活中解脱出来,然而,长期安逸的生活加之不良的饮食习惯导致肥胖症日益增多,对人们的健康造成了严重的威胁。消除肥胖所带来的困扰是人们急需解决的问题。目前,市面上有着无数的减肥妙招,也有着成千上万的人尝试。然而经实践证明,治疗肥胖症的最佳方法是清楚了解减肥的机制,科学制定运动处方。
With the development of society, people’s material living standards have been rapidly increased. Nowadays, more and more people are freed from heavy physical activity. However, the long-term life together with poor eating habits lead to an increasing number of obesity and pose a serious threat to people’s health. Eliminating the troubles caused by obesity is an urgent problem to be solved. At present, there are countless ways to lose weight on the market, and thousands of people try it. However, practice has proved that the best way to treat obesity is to clearly understand the mechanism of weight loss, scientifically develop exercise prescription.
