本文报道了糖与糖醇混合物的气相色谱分析。葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖及山梨醇等单糖与糖醇混合物先溶于吡啶,用六甲基二硅氨烷与三甲基氯硅烷将它们转化为易挥发的衍生物,再进行气相色谱测定。色谱柱所用的固定液为OV-3,柱温170℃。用氢火焰检测器进行检测,检测温度为270℃。样品的定量方法采用内标法,内标物用D-α-甲基甘露糖苷。从回收率数据说明,本方法可用于糖与糖醇混合物的测定。
