仪表评级法使用“513”检验机与“550”声音分析系统把要分析的齿轮副先在室内测量,然后进行路试。用磁带记录车内总噪声电平,轮齿旋转频率和与齿轮传递的扭矩相对应的发动机进气真空度,在分析台上以动态跟踪滤波的方式进行回放分析,画出相应的曲线,据此作为评定齿轮噪声等级的依据。通过数十对齿轮的试验与分析,建立了相应的齿轮噪声评级标准,得到了“513”检验机检验的合格界限值,从而可以在生产过程中简便而有效地控制和降低后桥齿轮噪声。
Instrument rating method using the “513” testing machine and “550” sound analysis system to analyze the first gear in the indoor measurement, and then road test. The total noise level inside the car was recorded with a magnetic tape, the gear tooth rotation frequency and the intake air vacuum of the engine corresponding to the torque transmitted by the gear were analyzed by a dynamic tracking filter on the analysis stage, and the corresponding curves were drawn. This is used as a basis for assessing gear noise level. Through the test and analysis of dozens of pairs of gears, the corresponding gear noise rating standards were established and the qualified limits of the “513” testing machine were obtained so that the rear axle gear noise could be easily and effectively controlled and reduced in the production process.
