一、转变教学角色,重在“落实”上下功夫新课程不仅要求教师的观念要更新,而且要求教师的角色要转变,使教师真正成为学生学习的促进者,教育教学的研究者,课程的建设者和开发者,社区型的开放的教师。因此我们从教师的备课到课堂教学中的知识呈现方式做了初步的改革尝试。 (一)建立新型的备课制度,发挥集体智慧。备课是上课的基础和前提。备课质量的高低直接影响着课堂教学质量,甚至决定着一所学校所培养的人才质量。
