病例报告例1:男性,51岁,汉族,贵州人,右侧面部麻木伴右侧头痛半年就诊,1980年2月11日在当地行右上颌窦囊肿摘除术,术后第12天开始右鼻腔流出大量脓性物,抗炎治疗无效。术后30天右面部位红肿疼痛,同时在右侧已愈合的柯氐切口处出现小瘘道,流脓不止。4月8日转我科用长钳子由瘘道伸入右上颌窦腔,挟出纱布一块、棉球二个,流出大量稠、臭脓,一周后瘘道愈合,面部肿胀消退,头痛、面部麻木缓解出院。同年5月中旬患者右面部麻木、头痛加重,伴张口受限、右上睑下垂、视力模糊直至失明,于7月9日再次入院。

After 30 days of surgery, the right part of the site was swollen and painful. At the same time, a small fistula appeared on the right side of the incision that had healed. On April 8th, I transferred my department to the right maxillary sinus with a long pliers. A piece of gauze and two cotton balls were pulled out. A lot of thick and stinky pus was poured out. After one week, the fistula healed, facial swelling subsided, headache, and facial area. Numbness was relieved from discharge. In the middle of May of the same year, the patient’s right facial numbness and aggravated headache, with limited mouth opening, sagging right upper eyelid, blurred vision and blindness, were admitted again on July 9.
