目的本实验通过检测不明原因复发性流产(URSA)患者和健康早孕者外周血清中TNF-α及IL-10的水平,探讨TNF-α及IL-10与URSA是否存在相关性,以及在URSA发生发展中的可能途径。方法前瞻性研究2008-2010年在杭州市第一人民医院门诊患者。年龄25~35周岁,孕龄<12周,将有≥3次自然流产的URSA患者作为研究组;将曾有正常生育史,本次要求行人工流产终止妊娠的早孕健康妇女作为对照组,分别选择30例。用ELISA法检测血清TNF-α及IL-10的水平,比较是否存在统计学差异。结果 1.血清中TNF-α在研究组中的水平明显增高,有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);2.血清中IL-10在两组中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 1.血清中TNF-α可作为判断URSA的参考指标;2.TNF-α可能参与URSA的发生发展。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between TNF-α, IL-10 and URSA in peripheral blood serum of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) and healthy early pregnancy by detecting the level of TNF-α and IL-10, Possible ways of development. Methods A prospective study of patients from Outpatient Department of First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou from 2008 to 2010 was conducted. Aged 25-35 years old, gestational age <12 weeks, there will be more than 3 times of spontaneous abortion URSA patients as the research group; will have a normal fertility history, this request for abortion termination pregnancy early pregnancy healthy women as a control group, respectively Select 30 cases. Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were measured by ELISA, and whether there was statistical difference was observed. The level of TNF-α in serum was significantly higher in the study group (P <0.05); 2. There was no significant difference in serum IL-10 between the two groups (P> 0.05) . TNF-α in serum can be used as a reference index to judge URSA; 2.TNF-α may be involved in the occurrence and development of URSA.
