晚清时期,企业从官办管理方式到商办管理方式的嬗变是多元因素影响和制约的结果。正是这种转换使晚清企业管理方式迈进了近代化的门槛,产生了深刻的历史影响。由于晚清企业管理方式的产生是对西方国家先进技术的直接嫁接,势必造成企业的发展深受生产力发展不足的影响,这就为后来经济的发展带来了许多困难。
In the late Qing Dynasty, the evolution of the management style of enterprises from the government-run enterprises to the management of commercial banks was the result of the influence and restriction of multiple factors. It is this shift that led to the late Qing enterprise management approach to the threshold of modernization, had a profound historical impact. Because the late Qing Dynasty enterprise management mode is the direct grafting of advanced technology in western countries, the development of enterprises is bound to be greatly affected by the insufficient development of productive forces, which brings about many difficulties for the subsequent economic development.
