世界各国对植物检疫越来越重视,要求出具植物检疫证书逐年递增。出口植物及其产品要否出具检疫证书,当前主要根据进口国家的需要。据统计,上海口岸出口贸易中要求植物检疫的国别(地区)和批次,1976年仅43个,计382批;1982年为60个,920批;1986年达80个,1496批。其中有些国别,如越南等,1976年曾要求出具植物检疫证书,后因贸易中止的原因,在以后几年的出证统计数中未再出现,因此
