采用等离子喷焊技术对煤矿机械需要的超厚耐磨涂层进行了研究。结果表明 :在1 6Mn钢板的表面喷焊铁基合金可获得厚度为 1 ~ 6mm、硬度可达HRC50 ~ 65的超厚耐磨涂层。该涂层具有良好的耐冲刷性和耐磨粒磨损性 ,比过去的工艺提高使用寿命 3 ~ 1 5倍 ,是一种适用于矿山机械中恶劣摩擦磨损工况条件的特殊耐磨涂层。
The use of plasma spray welding technology for coal mining machinery needs ultra-thick wear-resistant coatings were studied. The results show that the ultra-thick wear-resistant coating with hardness of 1 ~ 6mm and HRC50 ~ 65 can be obtained by spray welding iron-based alloy on the surface of 16Mn steel. The coating has good erosion resistance and abrasive wear resistance, than the previous process to improve the service life of 3 to 15 times, is a mining machinery used in harsh friction and wear conditions of special wear-resistant coating.
