随着时代的发展,互联网+的概念已经深入到每个企业者的骨髓。在教育行业,《指导意见》中明确提出要加强互联网与教育结合。在这种形式下,互联网教育一夜之间开始盛行。面对新形式下的互联网教育企业,传统的绩效管理已经不能够满足新形势下的需求,因此,人力资源的绩效管理也要保持与时俱进。根据互联网教育的特色制定出适合其互联网思维的绩效管理,合理的绩效管理不仅可以增强企业内部的活力和对外的竞争力,也可以提高企业的人才发展,形成企业的核心竞争力。
