[目的]探讨金纳多对心肌梗死再灌注兔冠脉微循环的影响和保护作用。[方法]选取45只新西兰大耳白兔,随机分为三组,模型组、金纳多治疗组和假手术组,每组15只,建立急性心肌梗死再灌注模型。观察指标:①左室心肌无复流面积;②左室心肌梗死面积;③血清肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)含量。[结果]①与模型组比较,金纳多治疗组心肌无复流面积和心肌梗死面积均显著减少(P<0.05);②与假手术组比较,模型组cTnT和CRP含量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,金纳多治疗组cTnT和CRP含量显著减少(P<0.05)。[结论]金纳多能有效地改善急性心肌梗死再灌注冠脉微循环障碍,具有保护心肌的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effect and protective effect of Ginaton on coronary microcirculation in rabbits with myocardial infarction reperfusion. [Method] Forty five New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: model group, Ginaton treatment group and sham operation group, with 15 rats in each group. Acute myocardial infarction reperfusion model was established. Observed indicators: ① left ventricular no-reflow area; ② left ventricular myocardial infarction area; ③ serum troponin T (cTnT), C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. [Results] Compared with the model group, the area of myocardial no-reflow and myocardial infarction in the Ginaton treatment group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). ② Compared with the sham-operated group, the cTnT and CRP levels in the model group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the cTnT and CRP levels in the Ginaton treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Ginaton can effectively improve myocardial microcirculation reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction and protect myocardium.
