目的研究被动吸烟对豚鼠咽鼓管表面活性物质的影响,为提高航卫保障工作,加强戒烟宣传提供理论依据。方法采用40只豚鼠分为被动吸烟组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)两组。将被动吸烟组豚鼠放入“被动吸烟箱”内,点燃香烟的烟雾由通风口输入,1支/次,3次/天,共10天。对照组方法相同,只是不输入香烟烟雾。实验第11天断头取样,离心低温保存。4只耳灌洗液为一份标本,用北京首都儿科研究所研制的可控闭泡式表面张力测定仪测试咽鼓管灌洗液的表面张力。结果被动吸烟组最小表面张力为29.44mN/m,较对照组(23.74mN/m)明显升高。结论被动吸烟对咽鼓管灌洗液表面活性物质降低表面张力的能力有一定影响。
Objective To study the effects of passive smoking on eustachian tube surface-active substances in guinea pigs, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the protection of navigation and smoking and promoting smoking cessation and promotion. Methods Forty guinea pigs were divided into passive smoking group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The passive smoking guinea pigs into the “passive smoking box”, lit cigarette smoke input by the vents, 1 / time, 3 times / day for a total of 10 days. The same method in the control group, but do not enter the cigarette smoke. On the 11th day of experiment, decapitation samples were taken and centrifuged for cryopreservation. Four ear lavage fluid was taken as a specimen, and the surface tension of eustachian tube lavage fluid was tested with a controlled closed-cell surface tensiometer developed by Beijing Capital Institute of Pediatrics. Results The minimum surface tension of passive smoking group was 29.44mN / m, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (23.74mN / m). Conclusion Passive smoking has some effect on the ability of surfactant in eustachian tube to reduce surface tension.
