领导干部公私观的正确定位对人民群众的利益、社会的建设、国家的和谐起着非常重要的作用,尤其是基层领导干部的公私观对人民群众产生的影响更深。针对实践当中基层领导干部的公私观出现错位的问题,本文分析了领导干部应具备的公私观,当前部分基层领导干部公私观错位的突出表现及其错位的原因,针对其原因探讨了对基层领导干部公私观错位的调适,以达到纠正部分基层领导干部错位的公私观,树立正确的公私观的目的。
The correct orientation of the public-private outlook of leading cadres plays an important role in the interests of the people, social construction and national harmony. In particular, the public-private view of leading cadres at the grassroots level has a deeper impact on the people. In view of the misunderstanding of the public-private viewpoints of grassroot leading cadres in practice, this article analyzes the public and private opinions that leading cadres should have, the prominent manifestations of the dislocation of public and private opinions of some leading grassroots cadres at present and the reasons for their dislocation. According to the reasons, The mismatch between public and private positions of cadres is adjusted so as to achieve the objective of correcting the public-private view of the dislocation of some leading cadres at the grassroots level and establishing a correct public-private view.
