双氯芬酸钠(1)为邻氨基苯乙酸类非甾体抗炎药,具有较强的抗风湿、消炎、镇痛和退热作用,目前已广泛应用于临床。但由于其普通片每天需服药2~3次,给长期用药带来不便;并且高浓度可能导致严重的胃肠道刺激等副反应,所以很多国家都开展了1缓控释制剂的研究[1~4]。本实验通过优化
Diclofenac sodium (1) is an anthranilic acid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with strong anti-rheumatism, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects and has been widely used clinically. However, due to its common tablets need to take 2 to 3 times a day, causing inconvenience to long-term medication; and high concentration may cause serious side effects such as gastrointestinal irritation, so many countries have carried out a controlled release formulation 1 study [1 ~ 4]. The experiment is optimized
