园林技术专业毕业生长期专业对口就业率极其低下,主要原因是人才培养方案中针对的岗位群过多,培养的学生岗位能力博而不精,岗位持续发展能力偏低造成的。解决的措施是制订基于单一岗位群的人才培养方案,提高毕业生的岗位适应能力、岗位工作能力和岗位持续发展能力。
