进一步推进干部实绩考核工作科学化、民主化和制度化,着力形成服务大局、忠于职守、求真务实的工作作风,能够充分调动各级领导班子和领导干部的积极性和创造性,努力创造经得起实践、群众和历史检验的工作实绩。本文从四个方面探讨了扩大干部实绩考核民主机制:1.改进和创新民主方法;2.选择多元化的考核主体;3.加强干部实绩的集体研究;4.保障考核对象的民主权利。
