创立了一种新的可以检测二甲硝咪唑含量的化学发光分析方法。此方法的检出限(3σ)为5×10~(-5)mol/L,二甲硝咪唑的浓度在5×10~(-5)~1×10~(-2)mol/L区间内与化学发光信号值呈现较好的线性关系。在优化实验条件下,测定11次相同浓度的二甲硝咪唑溶液含量,获得此方法的标准偏差为1.8%。采用该方法对重庆市大学城片区管网水进行加标回收,回收率为96.0%~103.0%。结果表明,此方法可以运用于二甲硝咪唑含量的检测。
A new chemiluminescence assay for the detection of diniconazole has been established. The detection limit (3σ) of this method was 5 × 10 -5 mol / L and the concentration of dimetridazole was in the range of 5 × 10 -5 -5 × 10-4 mol / L Within the chemiluminescence signal values showed a good linear relationship.
