不断升级的企业竞争,使得原本势单力薄、基础薄弱的中小企业生存状态更加岌岌可危,知识管理为中小企业突破自身规模限制,发挥其灵活创新能力,提供了有力的武器和良好的契机,如何进行有效的知识管理是中小企业管理者面临的现实问题,中小企业应该基于绩效管理系统(PDSF)构建企业知识管理过程体系,即从绩效目标制定、实施、评估、反馈等方面进行知识管理。
Increasing competition in enterprises makes the survival of SMEs that are weak and weak fundamentals even more precarious. Knowledge management provides a powerful weapon and a good opportunity for SMEs to break through their own scale restrictions and exert their flexible and innovative capabilities. To carry out effective knowledge management is a real problem faced by SME managers. SMEs should build an enterprise knowledge management process system based on Performance Management System (PDSF), that is, manage knowledge from aspects such as formulation, implementation, assessment and feedback of performance goals.
