1986年以来,全国统配煤矿全面开展整组提效工作,并取得了显著成效。1.整组提效工作取得了比较显著进展,主要体现在以下三个方面:一是原煤全员效率逐年稳步提高。总公司所属统配煤矿原煤全员效率1985年为0.962吨/工,整顿劳动组织第一年达到1.027吨/工,打破了多年徘徊不前的局面。以后逐年提高,去年达到1.157吨/工,与1985年相比,提高20.3%,平均每年增长5.1%。二是精减原煤人员21.4万人。三是扭转了增产靠增人的局面。用人多、效率低一直是煤炭工业的一个沉重包袱。开展整组提效工作以后,1989年与1985年相比,总公司所属统配煤矿计效产量增长9.96%,原煤人员减少了0.81%,即少了1万多人,多出3000多万吨煤,走出了一条增产减人
