Ionization, as the internationally recommended standard method for measuring absorbed dose, has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, stable performance, good repeatability and simple operation, and is a basic method in the field of radiation dosimetry today. In this work, we have developed a graphite plate ionization chamber that can be used for photon beam and low energy proton absorption dose measurement. The ionization chamber is connected to a PTW Unidos E dosimeter to form a dose measurement system. According to IEC standard
