Trinitrotoluene, known as TNT. During the First and Second World War, TNT poisoning mostly manifested obvious anemia and severe liver injury. The number of poisonings and deaths were quite large. The cause of death was mostly acute liver necrosis. However, the current clinical manifestations of TNT poisoning have undergone great changes, whether it is reported in the literature, or our own actual work, are rarely seen significant changes in blood and severe liver damage, and TNT cataract more common. The purpose of this study is to clarify the lens and liver damage in workers exposed to low concentrations of TNT, thus providing a basis for the prevention and diagnosis of TNT poisoning.
