甘肃省建筑职工医院是一所有着500余名职工(包括临时工),300余张床位的职工医院。过去医院经费由总公司按时拨给,职工的思想相对稳定。随着市场经济的不断发展,国有企业面临着重重困难,总公司把医院从企业中分离出来,要求自负盈亏。而总公司下属各单位对医疗费又进行压缩,使医院工作遇到了前所未有的困难。同时,由于企业经营机制的转换,职工的思想观念、价值取向、行为规范发生了变化,思想政治工作有了一定的难度。面对这种情况,如何提高医院思想政治教育的针对性、有效性,是医院党组织面临的一个重要课题。
Gansu Provincial Construction Workers Hospital is a staff hospital with more than 500 employees (including temporary workers) and more than 300 beds. In the past hospital funds allocated by the head office on time, the idea of workers is relatively stable. With the continuous development of the market economy, state-owned enterprises are faced with numerous difficulties. The head office separates the hospital from the enterprise and requires self-financing. However, the subordinate units of the parent company compressed the medical expenses again, making the hospital work encountered unprecedented difficulties. At the same time, ideological and political work has a certain degree of difficulty due to the changes in the operating mechanism of the enterprises, changes in the ideological concepts, value orientation and code of conduct of employees. Faced with this situation, how to improve the hospital’s ideological and political education is targeted, the effectiveness of the hospital party organizations are facing an important issue.
