前言“灰斑”(也有的叫白斑或粘合),是电站锅炉制造中大量采用闪光碰焊工艺的一种常见缺陷。灰斑目前尚不能用无损探伤法发现,它在断口上的目观形象及其对冷弯角的影响,早已为人们所熟悉和了解。由于灰斑对碰焊接头塑性的明显影响,所以对灰斑的性质、产生的机理以及消除的途径,特别是对电站锅炉运行可靠性的影响等研究工作,也早已引起锅炉制造、安装和使用单位的普遍重视。
Preface “gray spots” (also known as white spots or bonding), is a common defect in flashlight touch welding process that is widely used in power plant boilers. At present, the gray spot can not be found by non-destructive flaw detection method. Its visual appearance on the fracture surface and its influence on the cold corner have long been known and understood by people. Due to the obvious influence of the gray spot on the plasticity of the butt-welded joints, research on the nature of the gray spot, the mechanism of its occurrence and the ways to eliminate it, especially the impact on the operational reliability of the utility boilers, have also caused the manufacture, installation and use of boilers Unit of universal attention.
