E26 gene is a protooncogene that mediates cell proliferation, differentiation and malignant transformation. Its overexpression is closely related to the occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of many human tumors. Ets-1 gene participates in the invasion and metastasis of many tumors at the transcriptional level by promoting matrix proteolysis and angiogenesis, regulating cell adhesion, participating in cell apoptosis and enhancing the tolerance of tumor cells to hypoxia. Recent studies have shown that the expression of Ets-1 in gynecologic malignancies is related to the degree of tumor cell differentiation, clinical pathological stage, histological type, invasion and metastasis, and prognosis of patients. Inhibition of Ets-1 can effectively inhibit tumor cell growth, metastasis and tumor angiogenesis. Ets-1 gene has become a new target for gynecologic oncology.
