本文分析了52例脑性瘫痪(CP)小儿的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和正中神经体感诱发电位(MNSEP)结果。52例患儿中,BAEP异常27例(51.9%),其中周围性听路损害15例;中枢性听路损害7例;二者兼有5例。MNSEP异常23例(44.2%),均为中枢电位异常。11例二项检测结果均异常,39例有其中一项检测结果异常,占75%。结果提示,诱发电位检测具有无损伤、不需病儿主动配合等优点,对发现CP小儿听觉功能和躯体感觉功能的异常有实用价值。
This article analyzes the results of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and median nerve somatosensory evoked potential (MNSEP) in 52 children with cerebral palsy (CP). In 52 cases, BAEP was abnormal in 27 cases (51.9%), including 15 cases of peripheral auscultation, 7 cases of central auscultation, and 5 cases of both. MNSEP abnormalities in 23 cases (44.2%), are central anomalies. 11 cases of two test results were abnormal, 39 cases had one of the abnormal test results, accounting for 75%. The results suggest that the detection of evoked potentials has the advantages of no damage, no need for the active cooperation of sick children and so on. It is of practical value to find abnormalities of auditory and somatosensory functions in children with CP.
