目的 :观察氩激光光凝对糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的治疗效果。方法 :对 32例 (4 3只眼 ) ,采用黄斑区氩激光光凝进行治疗 ,并从视力、黄斑区水肿消退情况观察疗效。结果 :激光治疗 4 3只眼中 ,保持原有视力 30只眼 (6 9.8% ) ;提高 2行以上者11只眼 (2 5 .5 % ) ,下降 2行以下者有 2只眼 (4 .70 % ) ;32眼 (74 .4 % )黄斑渗漏消失 ,水肿完全吸收 ;9只眼 (2 0 .9% )水肿大部分吸收 ,2只眼 (4 .7% )黄斑渗漏仍存在 ,原有水肿无明显吸收。结论 :氩激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿效果显著
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of argon laser photocoagulation on macular edema of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 32 cases (43 eyes) were treated with argon laser photocoagulation in macular area. The curative effect was observed from visual acuity and regression of macular edema. Results: Among the 43 eyes treated with laser, 30 eyes (68.8%) had visual acuity, 11 eyes (2.55%) had more than 2 lines, and 2 eyes (4 eyes) had less than 2 lines. 70%); macular leakage disappeared in 32 eyes (74.4%) and edema was completely absorbed; edema in 9 eyes (20.9%) was mostly absorbed and macular leakage remained in 2 eyes (4.7%) The original edema no obvious absorption. Conclusion: Argon laser photocoagulation for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has significant macular edema
