目前,我国同GATT就恢复我国缔约国所进行的谈判已经进入最后阶段,我国重返GATT已经为期不远。中国“复关”后,在享受一个缔约国应有权力的同时,也将承担许多义务,首钢作为中国主要大型工业企业之一,将不可避免地受其影响。因此,我们应尽早研究中国“复关”对首钢的潜在影响,并分析在中国“复关”后,市场和竞争格局发生剧变的情况下,首钢所处的竞争地位,以便保持清醒、争取主动,采取积极的对策,使首钢在日益激烈的竞争中保持有利地位。
At present, the negotiations between China and GATT on the restoration of our country’s parties have entered the final stage, and it is not long for China to return to GATT. After China’s “revalence”, while enjoying the right of a State Party, it will also assume many obligations. As one of the major large-scale industrial enterprises in China, Shougang will inevitably be affected by it. Therefore, we should study as soon as possible the potential impact of China’s “re-entry” on Shougang and analyze the competitive position of Shougang in the event of a drastic change in the market and competitive landscape after China “restore” in order to stay awake and take the initiative. The adoption of positive countermeasures has enabled Shougang to maintain its advantageous position in the increasingly fierce competition.
