国家统计局最新统计数据显示,今年7月,北京、广州、深圳、上海等一线城市房价上涨幅度惊人,同比涨幅分别高达18.3%、17.4%、17%和16.5%。专家分析指出,新一轮房价上涨的背后,不仅有宏观经济减速的压力,而且还有地方政府重回“房地产依赖”的冲动。在楼市某种计划调控与“狡黠”的市场反弹之间,开发商利用行政资源获取暴利的博弈似乎占了“上风”。
