自2001年9月开始进入试点实验阶段以来,中国新一轮基础教育课程改革实际上正在以“实验”的形式在探索着新课标和新课程的实施之路。在试点实验工作开始之前的准备阶段,课程标准研制和教材编审等工作有序而高效,在1999年至2001年间,不仅制定和出台了义务教育阶段18科的国家课程标准(实验稿),还编写和推出了20个科目的49种中小学新课程实验教材。基础教育课程改革的重点是课程实施,而课程实施的基本途径是教育教学。更新教学观念,转变教学方式,构建旨在落实学生的主体地位,培养科学探究的方法,形成终身学习的意识和能力的教学方法是当前课程改革的核心。
Since the beginning of the experimental phase in September 2001, the new round of basic education curriculum reform in China is actually exploring the implementation of new curriculum standards and new curriculum in the form of “experiment”. In the preparatory stage before the pilot experiment was started, the development of curriculum standards and the compilation of teaching materials were orderly and efficient. Between 1999 and 2001, not only the national curriculum standard (experimental version) of 18 subjects in the compulsory education stage was formulated and promulgated, We have written and launched 49 new curriculum experimental textbooks for primary and secondary schools in 20 subjects. The reform of basic education curriculum focuses on curriculum implementation, and the basic way to implement the curriculum is education and teaching. It is the core of current curriculum reform to update the teaching concept, change the teaching method, construct the teaching method which aims to implement the students’ dominant position, cultivate the scientific inquiry method and form the awareness and ability of lifelong learning.
