设计不稳定载荷下工作的齿轮传动或两硬齿面齿轮组成的齿轮传动时,为使失效不集中在某几个轮齿上,而提前报废,应使两轮齿数互质。本文分析了小齿轮齿数在17—40的范围内,齿数比在1—10的范围内,且为有限小数时齿数互质问题。结论是:在此范围内,只有齿数比为2、3、5位小数时,才能实现齿数互质,其余都不能。能实现齿数互质的小轮齿数只有4种:20、25、32、40。能实现齿数互质的大轮齿数有271种。上述分析结果与计算机计算结果完全一致。
