以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了醋酸乙烯酯接枝羧甲基甲壳素共聚物,采用红外光谱对接枝共聚产物进行了表征。考察了溶剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量、单体用量等因素对反应接枝率和接枝效率的影响,获得了最佳反应条件。结果表明:羧甲基甲壳素0.4g,溶剂水50.0mL,醋酸乙烯酯1.5g,过硫酸铵60.0mg,在70℃反应3.0h时接枝效率最高,可达65.1%。接枝共聚改性反应可以扩展羧甲基甲壳素的应用价值。
Using ammonium persulfate as initiator, vinyl acetate grafted carboxymethyl chitin copolymer was synthesized. The graft copolymerization product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of the amount of the solvent, the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the amount of the initiator and the amount of the monomer on the grafting yield and grafting efficiency were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The results showed that 0.4g of carboxymethyl chitin, 50.0mL of solvent water, 1.5g of vinyl acetate and 60.0mg of ammonium persulfate had the highest graft efficiency of 65.1% at the reaction time of 3.0h at 70 ℃. Graft copolymer modified reaction can expand the value of carboxymethyl chitin.
