薪酬是目前经济发展中各用人单位实现社会财富分配的基本手段之一。也是用人单位用来吸引人才和进行人力资源管理的有效措施之一。但是,目前我国的劳动力市场上离职率高、员工跳槽普遍的现象十分严重,导致了用人单位生产和服务效率难以得到必要的保障,人力资源管理成本持续增高的不良现象频发。本文对薪酬管理公平性对员工工作态度的影响进行分析,并对如何提高薪酬管理公平性做出了简要的讨论。
Salary is one of the basic means by which employers in the current economic development realize the distribution of social wealth. It is also one of the effective measures employers use to attract talent and manage human resources. However, at present, the turnover rate in our country’s labor market is high, and the phenomenon of staff turnover is very common. This has led to the difficulty in obtaining the necessary guarantee for the production and service efficiency of employers, and the frequent increase in the cost of human resources management. This paper analyzes the impact of salary management equity on the staff’s work attitude and makes a brief discussion on how to improve the equity of salary management.
