射流化油器是射流技术在汽车上的一种应用。它用于汽车发动机供油系统,具有独特的优点。本文论述了并联三元件射流化油器的供油原理、系统的流量分配方案和元件控制信号的选择原则、并推导出元件的流量平衡方程式。同时也论述了射流化油器具有正压喷射、二次泡沫化和多股油束碰撞雾化等省油原理。因而证明射流化油器雾化程度变好,并能够满足发动机对燃油流量的任意特性要求。它在动力性能达到标准的情况下,经济性能大大提高。省油率可达8%左右,而且防止了供油系统中汽油蒸气阻力现象。这些优点都是传统的浮子室化油器无法比拟的。在当前节约能源工作中,射流化油器有着重要的应用价值。
Jet carburetor jet technology is an application in the car. It is used in automobile engine oil supply system and has unique advantages. This paper discusses the principle of oil supply in parallel three-element jet carburetor, the flow distribution scheme of the system and the selection principle of the element control signal, and deduces the flow balance equation of the element. At the same time also discusses the jet carburetor has a positive pressure jet, secondary foam and multiple bundles of oil collisions atomization and other fuel-saving principle. This proves that the degree of atomization of the jet carburetor is better and can satisfy any characteristic of the engine on the fuel flow. It is in the dynamic performance to the standard case, the economic performance greatly improved. Oil-saving rate of up to 8%, but also to prevent the gasoline system in the oil vapor resistance phenomenon. These advantages are unmatched by the traditional float chamber carburetor. In the current energy-saving work, jet carburetor has an important application value.
