1腔内局部治疗目前,胸腔细导管持续引流与胸膜固定术已成为治疗恶性胸腔积液(malignant pleural effusion,MPE)的普遍疗法.治疗常用药物主要包括化疗药物、生物反应调节剂、中药制剂3大类.在临床应用上,中药单药治疗及中西药物联合方案治疗因其在改善症状、提高生活质量、降低毒副反应、延长生存期方面的优势而越来越受到重视.现分述如下.
