美好乡村建设是新型城镇化建设的重要组成部分,其目的是通过生态、生产和生活“三生”同步发展使人们的生活更美好,人与自然关系更和谐.为此必须做好土地规划,节约利用土地、保护耕地资源;强调农业产业化发展,使美好乡村充满活力;村容整洁宜人,基础设施完备,让村民生活舒心.如果缺少生态文明理念指导,不以生态文明为前提,美好乡村建设将重蹈城镇化与环境污染相伴生的覆辙.
